Before now, she was the Deputy Head, Sales & Marketing of TV3 Network Limited with over 14 years of experience in the media where she distinguished herself with exceptional work ethics and commitment to organizational objectives within a highly competitive and rapidly changing market place.
Millicent is a tactical planner and an excellent negotiator.
Her exploits included moving top brands handled by international advertising agencies into direct accounts, and growing those accounts into spending over a 100% of their agency budgets on the channel.
She also coordinated the airing of Ghana’s First Oil in December 2010.
