The musicians’ body is scheduled to go to congress in the Eastern Region capital of Koforidua between October 29 and October 31 to elect new executives for the next four years.
Mr Ambolley, who lost to incumbent Bice Osei Kuffour four years ago, is staging another contest for the seat.
Taking to his Facebook page on Friday, the Simingwa man alleged that the names of delegates have not been released “because of Mafiaism”.
“They are trying to find wrong people and pay them to vote,” he added, "but we will really look inside very well.”
Popular sound engineer and vocalist Appiah Dankwa – also known as Appietus – is also challenging for the top seat.
Bessa Simons (1st Vice President), Rev Thomas Yawson (2nd Vice President), Debora Freeman (General Secretary) and Samuel Kofi Agyemang (Treasurer) will stand unopposed.
Pastor Kwesi Duah, Benedict Kolan and Sylvia Amponsah Bosompem will contest for the National Welfare Officer position while Ras Caleb Appiah-Levi will contest the incumbent Chizzy Wailer for the National Organiser position.
