Five things you didn’t know about Bright Nana Amfoh

A Fante who hails from Breman Kuntanse in the Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District of the Central Region, Bright Nana Amfoh’s style of journalism is largely hailed by industry watchers.

He holds a first degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Masters degree in Mass Communication from the same institution.

You may have watched Bright on TV3’s News @10 and now the male face on New Day. But do you know that Bright is a pianist? Well, find out other things you did not know about him.

  1. Bright was a footballer during his school days and played as a defender. He played his way into selection for the regional team. He was also nicknamed Offei Ansah after the former Black Stars defender.
  2. He is presently a full time chorister of the Methodist Church and plays the piano too.
  3. Bright is a member of a royal family. His uncle is a traditional king and according to their tradition he is supposed to be the next in line
  4. He loves to eat a lot of local food.
  5. Bright had no intention of being a broadcast journalist until he found himself at TV3 by accident and the rest is history.
